ABOUT THE
RHODE ISLAND BREAKERS AC
The Rhode Island Breakers AC is the third Rhode Island-based professional sports team, joining Rhode Island FC and the Providence Bruins. The team is owned by New England native and avid angler Paul Squarcia. The Breakers will compete for the Sports Fishing Championship aboard El Bendido, a highly customized 66-foot Blackwell that just completed an extensive 18-month refit in preparation for the 2026 SFC season.

About the SFC
Sport Fishing Championship is a professional fishing league with 14 angling clubs, 12 tournaments, 2 divisions and 1 championship. It was launched to showcase the sport of saltwater fishing, the importance to our local economies and the pride it can generate by representing the citizenry of the great State of Rhode Island.
